You can only apply for an exception from the obligation to pay fees after you have been awarded a study place, by filling out the following information sheet (German/English). Please note: Without the information form and the documents specified therein, no exception can be made.
Exemptions from course fees, especially for sabbatical or practical semesters, must be applied for BEFORE the start of the lecture period (German/English).
Please note that you still have to pay the fees to the administrative costs, the VS and the Studierendenwerk for each semester.
