Through our wide range of mentoring and support programmes, you can benefit from the personal experiences of successful leaders, expand your professional network and prepare yourself perfectly for the start of your career.

The ProTHU mentoring program

The proTHU mentoring program brings you into direct contact with leading personalities from the regional economy (e.g. managing directors, founders and authorized signatories). For all THU Bachelor's and Master's students from the 3rd semester (completed undergraduate studies).

What can you expect?

Monthly, personal 1:1 meetings with your mentor.
Individual career planning and application training.
Tips on self-management, project management and starting a business.

THU Women's Network

Exchange and empowerment for female students: As part of our women's advancement program, we network prospective female engineers. In special formats such as our 'Fireside Evenings', you can talk directly to women in management positions at regional companies and receive valuable career tips.

Buddy Program (International)

New in Ulm or on your way abroad? In our Buddy Program of the International Office, experienced students support our international guests when they arrive on campus. Become a buddy yourself and gain intercultural experience!

HAWCareer (For an academic career)

Are you thinking about a doctorate or a career in academia? The HAWKarriere mentoring program is aimed at doctoral students and post-docs who are aiming for a professorship at a university of applied sciences.
