On September 24, 2026, the StartupSÜD SUMMIT in Biberach will bring together startups, companies, universities, talented individuals, and innovation leaders from all over Baden-Württemberg.
The summit is intentionally designed to be open and modular. Visitors can join at any time throughout the day, move freely between the different areas, and participate in exactly the formats that are relevant to them. The expo, stage program, matching sessions, discussions, and networking opportunities all run concurrently, creating an open space for innovation, entrepreneurship, knowledge transfer, and collaboration.
Under the motto “In Motion,” direct encounters take place between people, ideas, technologies, and companies. The focus is not only on discussions about the future, but also on concrete applications, collaboration, and new connections between startups, the business community, universities, and ecosystem partners.

The fifth Global Ethos Pitch Day 2026 will take place on December 1, 2026.
Through this initiative, we aim to support startups that make our world a better place and that assume social and/or environmental responsibility through economically viable business models. Together with investors and partners from business, academia, and civil society , we will award prize money totaling €10,000. Pitch Day is aimed at entrepreneurs who have developed a robust business plan, are already active in the market, and have established a formal business structure. Interested startups can apply for Pitch Day by September 30, 2026 .

From November 18 to 20, the Startup Center is heading to Berlin, one of Europe’s most exciting startup hubs. During the three-day field trip, students will gain exclusive insights into Berlin’s startup ecosystem and learn firsthand how innovative companies are founded and grow.
The program includes visits to startups, companies, and other key players in the innovation ecosystem. Through discussions with founders and experts, participants will learn more about entrepreneurship, financing, scaling, and the challenges of day-to-day startup life. This provides valuable insights, new perspectives, and valuable contacts for their own entrepreneurial futures.
The program is complemented by a cultural event and a visit to the German Bundestag, allowing participants to also explore the political and cultural sides of the capital.

SparkUp will take place on October 27 —the networking event hosted by the TH Ulm Startup Center for anyone interested in startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Look forward to an inspiring evening with a guest entrepreneur who will share his personal startup story, experiences, and lessons learned with you. In addition, young startups will have the opportunity to present their ideas and companies in short pitches and gain valuable feedback as well as new contacts.
In addition to exciting insights into the startup world, there will be plenty of time for networking in a relaxed atmosphere—complete with free pizza and drinks, of course.
