In the Intelligent Systems Master's program at Ulm University of Applied Sciences, you will work on practical projects and deepen your knowledge of artificial intelligence, the design of complex IT systems, IT management and data science.

Intelligent Systems Studies Contents

The Master’s program in Intelligent Systems lasts three semesters. The individual modules of the program fall into four subject areas: Artificial Intelligence, Design and Implementation of Complex IT Systems, IT Management, and electives. An important, defining element of the program is the course “Project Intelligent Systems,” which spans the first two semesters. In project teams of four to six students, topics are addressed based on the current research priorities of the Department of Computer Science.

Since the program is also aimed at international students, the language of instruction is English.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be awarded the academic degree of Master of Science.

Prerequisites for studying Intelligent Systems

For the Master's degree course in Intelligent Systems, you need a computer science-related Bachelor's degree with at least 60 ECTS in computer science. In addition, you must have a minimum grade of 4.0 in the selection interview and a good command of English. If you are unable to provide full proof of individual subject knowledge, you will be admitted with a good first degree and a successful selection interview on condition that you catch up on the missing content within two semesters.
