The preparatory course run by the Faculty of Production Engineering and Production Management at Ulm University of Applied Sciences helps you get off to a successful start in your degree programme. The course helps you make the transition from school or work to university easier, brush up on important basics and familiarise yourself with everyday university life at an early stage. This will enable you to start your degree with greater confidence and a solid foundation.
It is aimed at first-year students on the following degree programmes:
Energy Engineering (ENT), Energy Management (EW), Food Technology (LET), Production Management (PM), Environmental Engineering (UWT) and Industrial Engineering (WIN)
The preparatory course takes place in the weeks before classes begin, from September 14, 2026, to September 25, 2026, on the Prittwitzstraße campus. You can join the course at any time, even after it has already begun.
